Cancellation Policy

**DO NOT BOOK APPT UNLESS A QUOTE WAS GIVEN! APPT WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU BOOK WITHOUT A QUOTE! 17 and under DO NOT BOOK. Have a PARENT book for you. 🙏🏽To CANCEL/RESCHEDULE go to email link OR Text/Call BUSINESS LINE (314)717-1989 Automatic 40% Cancellation fee will be applied by the booking system if you no call no show or dont cancel 24 hours before appointment. Deposits and Cancellation fees are NON REFUNDABLE. A new deposit would be needed to rebook. ** Understand that when you dont give notice to cancellation, you took someone else's spot. We are also appt only and only come to the shop when we have a booked appt. *Cancellation fee will apply if you do not cancel less than 24 hrs of appt. Our system sends reminders for appts to avoid this. Deposits and Cancellations are non- refundable. *****NO RETURNS OR DEPOSITS. HOWEVER, IF you cancel within 24 hours deposit will be forwarded to next scheduled appt! If you do not cancel within 24 hours prior deposit will be kept and another deposit will need to be made for future appts.
